Year-End 1099 Processing Deadlines & Fees

January 10th: Early Bird deadline for us to receive all of your W-9’s for processing:

  • Eligible for Early Bird Pricing: $55 base fee + $5 per form filed.

January 20th: Last-call deadline for us to receive all of your W-9’s for processing:

  • Billed at our Regular Pricing: $110 base fee + $5 per form filed.

We must have all of your paperwork submitted to us by no later than January 20th.

This will give us proper time to organize and prepare your 1099’s for processing.

January 25th: Client review and approval deadline:

  • Immediately following your submission above, we will send you a preview of what is to be filed. We ask that you review and approve all 1099 filings for accuracy before we submit them to the IRS (as it’s very difficult to pull it back once it’s been sent off).

We will not be able to complete your 1099 filings if not approved by January 25th.
