give Gusto access to your CO MyUI Employer+

Follow these steps to give Gusto access

  1. Sign in to your MyUI Employer+ account
  2. From the main menu, select Account Maintenance >> Third Party Administrator (TPA)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select New
  4. On the “Assign Third Party Administrator (TPA)” page, enter Gusto’s TPA ID: 500003429
  5. Select Next
  6. Under the “TPA Details” section:
    1. TPA Services Begin Date: Select January 1, 2000 (even if you didn’t have payroll that far back)
    2. TPA Services End Date: No need to enter an end date
  7. Under the “Un-Assigned roles” section, select  the following roles:
    1. Edit Employment and Wage Detail
    2. Edit Tax Payments, Update and Submit
    3. View Rate Notice and Voluntary Contribution role
  8. Do not add any roles for Benefits, Workshare, or Mailing.
  9. Select Save
  10. Repeats steps 2-9, but in step 4, use Salt & Main’s TPA ID: 500006262
