How to Schedule your Consultation #
Scheduling a consultation is quick and easy through our website using the link above. You will be asked a few short questions regarding the services you’re interested in and any specific items you’d like us to address. After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and the name of the individual you’ll be meeting with. All consultations are conducted virtually via Zoom. If you prefer to meet in person, contact us directly at Contact@SaltAndMainAccounting.com.
What to Bring or have Prepared #
You do not need to bring anything specific to our meeting—just yourself!
It’s recommended, but not required, that an owner, shareholder, or member of the executive team attend the consultation. The representative should be knowledgeable about the business’s operations and able to provide basic details of entity structure, ownership, and current accounting procedures.
What to Expect #
Plan for about a half-hour discussion where we will learn more about your business and accounting needs
Our goal is to spend time connecting with you and learning more about your business and accounting service needs. We will ask questions to familiarize ourselves with:
- Business entity, structure, and ownership
- Banking, loans, and fixed assets owned by the business
- Payroll and retirement requirements
- Sales/excise tax obligations
- Accounts payable/receivable procedures
- CPA and relationships with other service providers
- Any other relevant accounting procedures
Follow Up #
Look forward to receiving a follow up email from your onboarding specialist with next steps.
At the end of the meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about our firm. If our services align with your business needs, we’ll politely ask you to provide us with access to or copies of your current financials so that we can review them more thoroughly and properly prepare a custom proposal fit just for you. Your consultation team member will follow up via email with the next steps.
